Pursuant
to section 1,2,3,6 and 7 of Republic Act No. 8435, otherwise
known as the "Animal Welfare Act of 1998 ", the following
requirements for the registration of Animal Control Facility,
Aviary, Cattery, Circus/ Carnival Animal Show, Corral, Crocodile
Farm, Racetrack and Equestrian Establishment, Slaughterhouse,
Stock Farm, Stockyard, Stud Farm, Veterinary Clinic, Veterinary
Hospital, Wildlife Rescue Center and Zoo are hereby promulgated
for the information, guidance and compliance of all concerned.
