In
line with Executive Order No. 197, directing all agencies and
instrumentalies of the National Government to increase fees and
charges, and with the joint implementation of Administrative
Orders (AO) No. 33-114 and 138-100 of the Department of Agriculture
and Department of Health, the following are the new fees and
amended charges for the following services being rendered by
the AFSD of the BAI:
Section 3, is hereby amended as follows:

and Products (VDAP) such as but not limited to water solubles,
powder for injectable solutions, vitamins/mineral premixes/tablets/caplets/capsules
in kilogram (Kg), in liter (l), in milliliter (ml) and by piece
(pc), whether locally produced or imported: |
