This serves as notice to the public that the contract for the requirement: Lease of venue including food and accommodation for the conduct of the Orientation on DA Beneficiary Contact Monitoring Activity on July 21-25, 2025 in Region IV-A under Purchase Request (PR) No. 25-1205-MED and Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. LOV-25-136  through Negotiated Procurement (Lease of Venue) was awarded to OPULENTISIMA ROYAL FARM with a total amount of PESOS: Eight Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Five Hundred (PhP822,500.00).
