This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: Procurement for the Lease of Office Space inclusive of Utilities (Water and Electricity) for CY 2025 inclusive of 12% VAT and 10% Contigency under PR No. 25-0013– NTF-WPS and Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. LOV-25-001 through LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY (PUBLICLY OWNED) was awarded to PHILIPPINE COCONUT AUTHORITY with a total amount of PESOS: One Million Nine Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Four and 31/100 (PhP1,922,974.31).
