This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: VAN RENTAL FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE ORIENTATION OF THE DA BENEFICIARY CONTACT MONITORING ACTIVITY ON JULY 21-25, 2025 IN REGION IV-A under PR No. 25-1205-P2-MED and Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. SVP-011-25  through Small Value Procurement was awarded to  ISLAND DRAGON TRANSPORT AND TRAVEL SERVICES, INC.  with a total amount of PESOS: : One Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand (PhP126,000.00).
