This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: Vehicle Rental for the conduct of ICTS Performance Evaluation and Planning Workshop for FY 2026 on December 2-5, 2025 in Region I (Ilocos Region)  under PURCHASE REQUEST (PR) NO. 25-1781 P2 – ICTPSD and Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. SVP-140-25 through Small Value Procurement was awarded to ISLAND DRAGON TRANSPORT AND TRAVEL SERVICES, INC. with a total amount of PESOS: Two Hundred Eighty Thousand (PhP280,000.00).
