This serves as notice to the public that the requirement Supply and Delivery of Urea Fertilizer for the Rice Resiliency Project Lot 9 under PR No. 20-001 ECQ – Rice Program  through Negotiated (Emergency Purchase) was awarded to Atlas Fertilizer Corporation with the total amount of Ninety-Six Million Seven Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (PHP 96,748,200.00)
