This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: Lease of Venue with Meals and Accommodation for the Conduct of Data Gathering for Impact Assessment of Philippine National Standards (PNS): Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Good Animal Husbandry Practices (GAHP) and Organic Agriculture within Region III on August 15-16, 2019 under PRAS No. 19-0776 – BAFS is awarded to WESTFIELDS RESIDENCES INC. as single calculated and responsive quotation with the total bid amounting to Fifty Six Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (PhP56,400.00).
