No. 19-0728 – Asec for Regulations is awarded to RICHWORLD HOTEL AND RESORT CORPORATION (MAKATI PALACE HOTEL)  as Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation with the total bid amounting to Six Hundred Forty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (PhP 646,920.00)
