This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: Preparation and Culminating of World Food Day Celebration on October 16, 2019 under PRAS No. 19-1792 – GSD is awarded to STAR BALLOONS CENTER for Item I and to NRG SOUND SYSTEM RENTALS for Item II as lowest calculated and responsive quotation with the total bid amounting  to Sixty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP67,500.00) for Item I and Eighty-Eight Thousand Pesos (PhP88,000.00) for Item II.
