This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: Publication of Advertising Supplement re: Joint Memorandum Circular No. 3 – Strengthening the Role of Local Price Coordinating Councils and the LGU’s in Managing Unreasonable and Excessive Price Increase of Basic Necessities and Prime Commodities under PRAS No. 20-1588 –  AFID was awarded to PHILIPPINE DAILY INQUIRER, INC. through Negotiated (Media Services) with the total amount of Ninety Six  Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Eight Pesos Only (PhP 96,768.00)
