This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: Supply and delivery of drinking water (5 gal./bottle) with free use of 96 units of hot and cold water dispenser for CY 2019 (GSD) under PRAS No. 19-0005 – GSD is awarded to H2O PLUS WATER TREATMENT COMPANY as single calculated and responsive quotation with the total bid amounting to Three Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand One Hundred Forty-Six and 50/100 (PhP339,146.50).
