This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: VENUE RENTAL INCLUDING FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION FOR THE CONDUCT OF 2025 YEAR-END ASSESSMENT OF PROCUREMENT AND STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR YEAR 2026 ON DECEMBER 2-5, 2025 IN REGION III  under Purchase Request (PR) No. 25-1987 – PROCUREMENT DIVISION and Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. LOV-25-310 through Lease of Venue was awarded to WHITEROCK BEACH HOTEL + WATERPARK INC. with a total amount of PESOS:Seven Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand (PhP768,000.00).
