1.  Integrated Computer Systems Incorporated as the Single Calculated and Responsive Bidder for Lot Nos. 3,6,10,19,20,22,26 and 31 and Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder for Lot No. 39 with the total bid amounting to PESOS: Eight Hundred Nine Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos (PhP809,285.00),
2. Quartz Business Products Corporation as the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder for Lot Nos. 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 27, 29, 33, 35, 36, 37, 38, and 40 with the total bid amounting to PESOS: One Million Four Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Five and 01/100 ( PhP1,443,435.01).
