Villano Jr. (left) welcomes  the Republic of South African Ambassador to the Philippines Marthinus Nicolaas Slabber and Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Counsellor Sitembele Kelembe during their courtesy meeting on January 25, 2017 at the Office of the Secretary, Department of Agriculture  in Quezon City.
