Senior Undersecretary Domingo F. Panganiban visited the Baguio Animal Breeding and Research Center (BABRC) during his trip to the Cordillera Administrative Region on march 17, 2023.
BARBC serves as a dairy farm where residents would go to early morning for fresh milk. It also houses other farm animals including native pigs, cows, and chickens which are dispersed to the communities. ### (photos by Alan Jay Jacalan, DA-AFID)
