Agriculture Secretary Francisco P. Tiu Laurel, Jr, together with Governor Divina Grace C. Yu of Zamboanga del Sur and Regional Director Marcos Aves Jr. of DA-RFO IX, led the turnover of farm machineries and equipment, rice farmer financial assistance, fuel subsidies, and seaweed farming inputs to farmers and fisherfolk at Blue Oval, Provincial Government Complex in Dao, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.
