On October 30, 2021, Agriculture Secretary William Dar led the inauguration and turnover of the infrastructure projects funded under the Bayanihan 2.

Amounting to P7.879 million, the FMR was implemented by the Department of Agriculture Farm-to-Market Road Development Program (DA-FMRDP) to link the key production areas in Sto. Tomas to the Baguio City Public Market and other adjacent markets.
