Secretary Manny Piñol swears into office Hermenigildo Serafica as the new administrator of the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) on September 29, 2017 at the SRA Training Center in Bacolod City. Under the leadership of Serafica, SRA will work hand in hand with the private sector  to improve the industry and increase production and income of all stakeholders. Piñol during the dialogue with the industry members gave assurance  that he will be directly involved in the development of the sugar industry.
