ABOUT

The Office of the Agriculture Counsellor (OAC) represents the Philippine Department of Agriculture in China at the Embassy of the Philippines in Beijing.

The OAC handles bilateral agriculture policy and trade matters/issues. Its primary function is to promote agricultural trade through the export of Philippine agricultural products to China.  It also deals with trade facilitation issues with China as well as extends assistance to Philippine exporters; and finding potential suppliers for Chinese importers.  Another major function of the OAC is the promotion of Philippine agribusiness investment opportunities to Chinese investors.

Areas of coverage: Whole of China including the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong & Macau; Mongolia; and, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea).

菲律宾农业参赞办公室代表菲律宾农业部驻中国北京大使馆行使其职能，其职务范围覆盖全中国，包括香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区; 蒙古; 以及朝鲜民主主义人民共和国(北韩)。  

菲律宾农业参赞办公室负责处理双边农业政策和贸易事宜。 其主要功能是通过菲律宾农产品对华出口促进农业贸易。 另外还涉及与中国的贸易便利化问题，并向菲律宾出口商提供援助; 以及为中国进口商寻找潜在的供应商。 菲律宾农业参赞办公室的另一个主要功能是向中国投资者推广菲律宾农业综合业务的投资机会。
