French Ambassador Nicolas Galey and Agriculture Secretary Manny F. Earlier this year, Piñol announced a collaboration between DA and the Department of Energy for the establishment of a solar-powered power plant in NorthCot to address the province’s electricity problem and provide livelihood to local farmers and fisherfolk. Piñol stressed that the project will compliment President Duterte’s directive to create a program that will satisfy the needs of Filipino farmers and consumers.
