Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel F. Piñol awards two sets of drift gill net to the leaders of Padayon Talingtinganog Managat during the TAPATAN farmers’ forum spearheaded by the Department of Agriculture in Siquijor on June 7, 2017. During the event, DA Region 7 turned over P4.3 million worth of agricultural and fisheries machineries and equipment to about 500 farmers and fishers who attended the forum.
