Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel, Jr. leads the groundbreaking rites for four units of large rice dryers in Dingras, Ilocos Norte.

To be constructed under the National Food Authority (NFA), the drying facility seeks to enhance the agency’s procurement capability, increase rice yield, and boost rice and corn storage capacity.
