To better serve the Filipino people and further improve the Philippine agriculture sector, six new delivery trucks were turned over to the Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) operating units, which will be used in the transport of planting materials. 

The delivery fleet will support the goal of the Department of Agriculture, under the leadership of Secretary Francisco P. Tiu Laurel Jr., to improve production and increase incomes of farmers.

Five (5) units of drop-side trucks were turned over to the National Crop Research and Production Support Centers in Baguio, Los Baños, La Granja, Guimaras, Davao and one (1) unit closed van to the Crop Research and Production Support Division in BP| Central Office, Manila, on March 21, 2024.
