Congratulations to the five young artists, from Regions 3, 6, 8, 11 and 12, whose work of art were adjudged BEST POSTERS during the National Judging for the 2023 National On-the-Spot Poster Making Contest on October 5, 2023.
The artworks, scrutinized by artists and painters Orville Tiamson, Agnes Medina and Department of Agriculture (DA) Assistant Secretary Genevieve Velicaria-Guevarra, highlights the WFD 2023 theme: Water is Life, Water is Food. Leave No One Behind.
Prester James G. Fabrigas, Gwen Raylene A. Ereje, Nikki Paul Y. Nuñez, Hanna Abigail T. Ople, and Ron Jairo L. Vizcayno will be awarded during the celebration of the WFD on October 16, 2023 at the Liwasang Aurora, Quezon City Memorial Circle.
WFD is an annual celebration, which promotes awareness of hunger and action for the future of food, people, and the planet.
